The 3M™ PELTOR™ X Series Earmuffs are designed for comfort and excellent noise reduction during tough jobs where loud sounds are frequent. Available in Over-the-Head, Hard Hat Attached, and Behind-the-Head models, they are designed to adapt the requirements of the work.

Featuring an adjustable cup that angles to help create a customized fit for the worker. Electrically insulated options available. Compatible with the 3M™ E-A-Rfit™ Dual-Ear Validation System.

The numbers printed on 3M packaging are the specification, not decoration. Earplugs and earmuffs carry an attenuation rating, and the right one follows measured noise rather than comfort — over-protection cuts a worker off from alarms and from the people around them. Hard hats are vented or non-vented for a reason: vented is cooler and does not belong on electrical work. Goggles are rated separately for impact, for splash and for fogging, and an anti-fog coating is a consumable that wears out.
