S.Pellegrino water comes from three underground springs in the Italian valley of Val Brembana, near the Alps. The high Dolomite is permeated by snow and rain, yet it takes at least 30 years for the precipitation to reach its origins.

Our water is naturally endowed with mineral salts, calcium and magnesium, thanks to its contact with limestone and volcanic rocks at depth. Our water is carbonated using carbon dioxide extracted from an underground natural mine, giving it a distinctive glitter and mildly bitter taste.
