Jabra: the Engage 65 and 75 DECT series, the PRO 900, 920, 925, 935 and 9400 series, Perform 45, Stealth UC, and the PanaCast video conferencing bar with its wall mount, table stand, screen mount, USB hub and remote. BlueParrott, the heavy-duty line: B250-XTS, B350-XT, B450-XT, B550-XT, B650-XT, C300-XT, C400-XT, M300-XT, S450-XT and S650-XT wireless headsets, with charging stands, cradles and USB adapters.

Most of those 260 lines are not headsets, and that is the point of the range. Leatherette and foam ear cushions, headbands, neckbands and earhooks, ear gels, mic covers and wind screens, connection cords and modular plugs, battery packs, power supplies, charging stations, busylight indicators and refresh kits — the consumables and replacement parts that keep a contact centre or a vehicle fleet fitted out. A refresh kit is usually the cheaper answer to a worn headset than a replacement.

Match the headset to the environment before the spec. DECT gives range across a floor; Bluetooth belongs in a cab or a warehouse aisle; corded USB is the simplest thing that works at a fixed desk. Mono leaves one ear open to the room, stereo shuts it out. And spare parts are model-specific — a cushion for a PRO 9400 does not fit a BIZ 2400.
