Most of those 260 lines are not headsets, and that is the point of the range. Match the headset to the environment before the spec. DECT gives range across a floor; Bluetooth belongs in a cab or a warehouse aisle; corded USB is the simplest thing that works at a fixed desk. Mono leaves one ear open to the room, stereo shuts it out. And spare parts are model-specific — a cushion for a PRO 9400 does not fit a BIZ 2400.
