How to use:

Syrups, in 1 litre bottles and 6x1 litre cases: vanilla, hazelnut, caramel and salted caramel, toffee nut and salted pistachio; fruit and floral — strawberry, raspberry, peach, mango, watermelon, cherry, green apple, kiwi, coconut, lime, lemon, sun-dried orange, rose, lavender, cherry blossom, wild and green mint, blue lagoon, grenadine and Caribbean; and mixers — sweet and sour, cloudy lemonade, margarita mix, pure cane sugar and lemon Rantcho. Purées in 1L and 4x1L: passion fruit, lychee, yuzu, dates, pear, peach, coconut, green apple, banana, kiwi, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry and pineapple. Syrup, purée and sauce are not interchangeable, and ordering one for the other is the most common mistake on a beverage list. Syrup carries flavour and sugar into a drink and stays clear. Purée carries fruit pulp and body, which is what a smoothie or a mocktail needs and what a syrup cannot give it. Sauce is thick enough to hold its line on a cup wall or sit on a topping. Le Frappé bases are the powder side of the range — blended with ice and milk or water, they build the drink rather than flavour one.
